Delivery information

We always hold up to 3 business days for dispatching 

Customers are offered 2 types of shipping.

Standard Tracked shipping:

• Comes with a tracking number and can be tracked online. 

Courier shipping:

• Comes with live tracking, and delivery is mainly the next day in the EU. 

Cost:

• The shipping charge is fixed at 15€ worldwide and the courier 40€ - 90€.
• Free shipping is available on large orders from 1k, also couriers can be free on them.

Delivery times:

• Regular mail to the EU is delivered in about 5-15 days.
• Regular mail to the US 10-30 days. 
• Regular mail to AU 15-45 days approximately.
• Courier 1 - 5 working days depending on your location.

Still, we don't guarantee an exact time frame for Regular Mail orders to be delivered. As they have many situations that we can't impact
We only guarantee the exact delivery time for Courier service.

We send parcels to Canada only at the customer's own risk! (Mostly delivered) (No refunds) 
We send parcels to Australia only at the customer's own risk! (Mostly delivered) (No refunds)

Shipping to the US (Now higher risk!) Last few months US customs have been more active.
We will continue to ship at the customer's own risk. Currently more suggested is regular mail. (10.01.2024)


IN THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING COURIER TO ANY COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU, AND WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYS THAT MAY HAPPEN DURING DOES MONTHS. Delivery times with regular mail in the US/CA/AUS may extend to 2+ months.
