Take it easy on this medication it can be dangerous if you take to much so work your dose up slowly. I'm 225 pounds I started at 1 pill per day and that is enough to get a good grip on my will power for sweets. When I take 2 I forget to eat and you need to make yourself eat even though your not hungry. 3 pills and I felt really strange and I had serious heart palpitations and that could have been very dangerous for someone with a heart condition. I didn’t want to give them a 5 star review in case this place f-ed people over. Turns out, I was wrong. I live in the US, so shipping took awhile (4 weeks), but my package arrived with what I ordered! They give you a tracking number (which I was checking religiously) which is great. I was worried that my package would be taken by customs on either side, but they do a great job with packing. This was in the summer of ‘21 and now I am off to buy some more!
