Eporatio is the highest eminence medication that comprises the active substance epoetin theta, which is remarkably similar to erythropoietin, a natural hormone formed by your body. Erythropoietin produced in the kidney and stimulates the bone marrow to produce red blood cells. Red blood cells are essential for allocating oxygen inside your body.
Eporatio Description:
Eporatio is a medicine available in solution for injection.
It is an active substance ‘epoetin theta’ from 1000IU to 30,000 IU in prefilled syringes form.
Reason behind the usage of Eporatio drug usage:
Eporatio drug is listed for treatment of anemia given to:
• The adult patients with Chronic Renal Failure.
• The adult patients with Non-Myeloid Cancer in those adults who are receiving chemotherapy.
Eporatio Usage by Athletes:

Limitations of Use:
Eporatio is not recommended for use:
If a patient is allergic to epoetin theta or any of the other ingredients of Eporatio.
If a patient has high blood pressure that can't be controlled.
If a patient has a liver problem
If a patient is under 18
If a patient has pathological changes in the red blood cells
Recommended Dosage:
The doctor will decide the right dose according to the patient’s disease condition.
Dosage also depends on the way injection is given. There are two ways to inject injection in the body (intravenously or subcutaneously).
The doctor also considers body weight while prescribing the right dose.
Therapy with Eporatio is divided into two levels:
The initial dose for anemia prescribed three (3) times per week, 20 IU per kg according to the bodyweight of the patient and suggested to inject under the skin by a doctor. The doctor also considers body weight while prescribing the right dose.
In level two once a satisfactory amount of red blood cells generated, the doctor will prescribe medicine for sustaining red blood cells.
In the case of subcutaneous injection, the doctor will prescribe one injection per week or may divide this single injection into parts and inject three (3) times per week.
In the case of intravenous injection, may the doctor will change the dosage and prescribe two (2) injections per week.
Administration:
A pre-filled syringe having a solution is injected into the body by the doctor. Injections are given either intravenously or directly into the subcutaneous tissue. In the case of a subcutaneous injection, a patient can also inject it by himself by getting training if the doctor prescribes him.
Pharmaceutical Form:
It is available in plain and uncolored solution in injection.
Dose Preparation for use:

Side Effects:

Storage Instructions:
Eporatio should be stored in the refrigerator at 2 ° to 8 ° C (36 ° to 46 ° F), not in the freezer.
